The grass seed is hanging up in the 3/4 in. I/D plastic tubes I've used to connect the seed box to the spouts. I've mixed about 40% brome in with alfalfa and timothy. The brome's the problem. A larger tube won't fit into the spout. I have a gradual bend in each tube (coiled when new) and that could be the cause. Maybe the plastic is bad for generating static electricity? The outlet on the seed box takes a 1 in. I/D tube and I've secured this with a small split pin. I don't think it's plugging here. The 3/4 in fits inside the 1 in.
Maybe I have to fabricate straight metal tubes? I tested everything first to calibrate and it worked just fine.

Don't know maybe seed is too trashy or like you said static on the tubes. Try dragging a wire off the tubes on ground ? Might have to add something else in the mix to make it feed better?
