Used to be that you could download parts catalogs from johndeereparts.com well now it seems that you can only look, not download, or am I missing something? thanks

You can still download parts catalogs from johndeereparts.com.

Once the parts catalog pdf document opens, click the [b:654c4848f0]Download[/b:654c4848f0] icon.

After the [b:654c4848f0]Opening[/b:654c4848f0] dialog box opens, note the name of the pdf document to be downloaded, then click the [b:654c4848f0]OK[/b:654c4848f0] button.

At the bottom of the desktop screen, click the [b:654c4848f0]Start[/b:654c4848f0] icon.

At the bottom of the dialog box, type [b:654c4848f0]Downloads[/b:654c4848f0] in the text box that displays the words "[i:654c4848f0]Search programs and files[/i:654c4848f0]".

At the top of the dialog box, double-click to open the [b:654c4848f0]Downloads[/b:654c4848f0] file.

Locate the parts catalog pdf document and double-click to open the document.

That depends on the parts catalog, not all of them can be fully downloaded, some you can only view what you are looking for. You can save that page, but not the whole thing at once.

The downloadable parts catalogs (pdf) are from the 2 cylinder era only.

Have a "shortcut" on my computer desktop to the [b:654c4848f0]Downloads[/b:654c4848f0] folder to speed up the process.

Have another folder on my computer desktop called [i:654c4848f0]Parts Manuals[/i:654c4848f0].

Opened the [i:654c4848f0]Parts Manuals[/i:654c4848f0] folder and counted 34 JD parts manuals that have been downloaded over the years.

Sure glad that the "[i:654c4848f0]good folks at John Deere publishing[/i:654c4848f0]" made these manuals available to us.

At one time had the "good folks" phone number, but guess it has been misplaced.
