JD plow help with ID

Hi,

I'm brand new at this. Just got my grandfather's 1953 JD 40 and would like to go to some antique tractor plow meets.

Trying to buy a period plow to go with it and found this, pics attached.

Can someone help identifying this plow and the rough year? And should it have a rear landside tailwheel?

The seller says she can't find any numbers on it

I think you have a model 412 built '52-'56. I think rolling rear landside wheel was an option.

Very good observation concerning spring trip standards that I overlooked!

It will track fine provided it's hitched correctly
Setting the rear wheels to the proper width is very important.
