jd rx75 riding mower

I have an rx75 nd riding mower. The problem is it will not move. It goes into gear and the pulley that runs off of the engine is moving. The belts are good. The only thing I can see wrong is that the clutch pedal is setting head to far and will not return back to center position.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Brad
