I used the link you provided to order led lights from cree. a week before Christmas. He took the money but never got a confirmation e-mail and never got the lights either. Can not contact seller cause they claim my e-mail is not good. Thought readers may want to know.

I have bought lights from them for over 4 years. I have not had any issues. They are through Ebay so just claim it through Ebay.

Do not wait until 30 days passes or eBay will tell you to go fly a kite no matter what happened or what the seller did . Got took for 500$ on a core on injection pump that way

I ordered a set of four lights on JD's recommendation a couple of months ago using the link he provided. I don't know if its the same guy or not but they were sitting on my doorstep just a couple days later. I haven't used them yet but they appeared to be everything he said they would be.

Over on Newagtalk.com there are two fellas selling led lights, one here in southern MN and one in SD. They both seem to be pretty good and have good recommendations.

Ebay will usually settle in favor of the buyer over the seller. So get them to refund your money.

I had a couple disputes in the past on ebay and they always resolved them promptly. I wouldn't jump to conclusions yet, probably just an honest mistake on one end or the other.

Simple. Log on to your ebay account and file dispute. Will be resolved in 24 hours,

I am sure you are right. Probably on a ups dock somewhere, may still show up. Was only thirty some bucks. Lost more than that wasting my time posting about it. LOL

I've used eBay since the beginning. Sounds like you need to reset your password and/or update your email address in your account. Go through the process even if you think everything is OK. Once your account is "reset" try contacting the seller again and if that doesn't work, file the complaint within two days. eBay will refund your money or resolved the problem so you're happy.

unfortunately you can't log into your ebay account with "close guesses" of your login and password.

One digit wrong is not close enough.

Have you gone into your email and received anything from ebay or the seller related to your purchase?
If nothing from either, perhaps the purchase never went thru the process 100%.

Did you buy through eBay?

It sounds like what you're saying is that you either forgot your password or have a problem with your email, neither of which are the seller's fault.

I think it was very nice of JD Seller to offer to reimburse you.

If you wait longer than 30 days you take it in the shorts and eBay will not do anything for ya . Now they make you use PayPal so you have that protection working for ya . It?s simple to find things on eBay Just go to
www.ebay.com type anything you want in the search bar and it will bring up the items for sale
