JD X590 (2019) gas in oil

Jan 2023, the tractor lost all power & spewed smoke. There was gasoline in the oil. JD dealer picked it up & kept it 7 weeks. They returned it "repaired under warranty" but were unpleasant & refused to say what went wrong with the engine. It ran ok doing light work w/no attachments for 2 1/2 months to May. Then, same thing: loss of power & gas in the oil again. That dealer ignored my email so a different dealer has had it for 3 wks now but has not given any reason for the repeat breakdown. Anyone, any ideas? All appreciated.

Deere apparently uses a Kawasaki engine that tractor, But the conditions listed by Briggs may still be applicable unless the Kawasaki is fuel injected. In all likelyness a fuel issue may have been behind the problem. Down here on the Gulf Coast most dealers have you sign an acknowledgement that fuel issues aren't covered under warranty, and get short&rude quickly over it.
