JD301A Load Control Bushing/Sealing Washer?

I replaced the washer (T22098) and o-ring (A4730R) last summer and one side is still leaking, about a quart every 3 days. I had to "work" the white teflon washer to get it into the slot and possibly damaged it. I"ve been told to replace the bushing with a L41196 bushing and use the L55844 sealing washer. Which bushing do I need to replace? There is a T22097 bushing and a T22099 bushing. Is the bushing that need replaced pressed inside the transmission case? How is the bushing removed? It appears to be "pressed" inside the case. This would be so much simpler if the outside plate was bolted onto the case.
