JD302 Gas

Howdy, I'm a tractor newbie with a new rural property. I have a back field that used to be a private junkyard, deeply rutted, lots of junk that needs to be hauled out, a few piles of tires etc. Alsi have about 30 acres of forest with trails to maintain. I'm seeing the need for a piece of equipment. I'm also poor, retired, mechanically inclined. I'm looking at this tractor on FB marketplace. I don't find a lot of info on it, possibly that it was built in the late 70's?
Anybody have anything good or bad to say about one of these? Looks well kept.

The 302 is an industrial model so it has the heavier front axle to support the loader.

Does it have 3 point hitch and pto. Has to have both if you want to mow.

He hasn't got back to me and the ad disappeared, probably old or a scam or both

Other possibilities besides a scam. He might have changed his mind, just pulled the ad down and isn't replying to anyone. I've seen some just disappear only to reappear again a couple weeks later, with a higher price. I can still see it. He might be dealing with someone on it and saying nothing until that settles. I had that happen on one, no reply then a few days after I messaged, I got ''SOLD'' in reply, and the ad was still up weeks later. And one messaged in the reply that it was sold, but he couldn't get it to show sold or to delete the ad. Some sell and just plain don't bother to mark it sold, delete the ad, or reply.
