When I parked my JD350 crawler loader this past fall, it seemed to be working fine. But when I tried to use it a few days ago, the shift lever would not move (jammed in the first gear position). When I let out the clutch, the engine immediately stalls without moving the tracks at all (not even the slightest wiggle).
A couple of neighbors who "know" about crawlers said it must be "stuck in two gears at the same time".
1. Is this even possible?
2. If so, how can I fix the problem?
