Welcome to the forums. A 410B is a diesel, but it is always best if you include such info in your description, remember we can't see your machine.

Some background can help. Is this a machine you just got, or have you had it a while and this problem just started? What maintenance have you done recently (before the issue started)? Filter changes? Has it been run out of fuel? What is the current fuel level?

Do you have manuals for it? If so, what are the titles?

Which type fuel gasoline or diesel?? Check for good flow from tank to carburetor or inj pump.. How many hrs of use since fuel filter was changed? Is fuel tank venting?
410B should be a 4219 diesel (natural or turbo'd) unless it has had a transplant, and would have a transfer pump. front mounted tank, bottom draw, similar set up to the ag tractors

Tractordata & JD parts shows 410B could have either diesel or gasoline powered engine.

I have a 401B you will like it when it finally runs correct. I suspect a fuel starving problem. A little of helpful information: when ordering parts make sure you use your serial number. I ordered a part for mine, and used the wrong manual, and the wrong part arrived. Here I set waiting for the correct part, and paying 25% restocking fee when the part arrives. Stan

I had similar tractor with those j problems . After 30+ years of sediment in the bottom of the fuel tank. It was stirred up and plugged everything . Even ruined the mechanical primary fuel pump

There are some other manuals you will need, maybe more than a parts book. (Sorry, you didn't get this before but the parts books are free to use online, if one wants.) Your need a copy of OMT79035 Operator's Manual. You can download and save a free pdf copy of the Operator's Manual from the JD Construction and Forestry Bookstore. The Technical Manual (john Deere' current name for service manuals) for the 410B is actually a set of two manuals, you should have both. TM1468 is the Test Manual which you need to diagnose problems and check operating functions. TM 1469 is the Repair Manual with the wrenching info.

You can use those publication numbers to search online for used manuals. You can go to the JD Construction and Forestry Bookstore which is the official JD site for that class equipment manuals. Search 410B as the model and you will find their offerings. Fair warning, other than the Free download of the Operator's Manual, the manuals are not inexpensive.

wore out
Do you have good success looking up parts on JD's newest, greatest online parts service? I have very difficult time getting some older parts catalogs to load.
I have so far NOT been redirected to the "improved" site, and the "old" one is working fine, SO FAR!
