The reverser will not change directions [either forward to reverse or reverse to forward]. At times it will change okay and the next time it may nor may not change. The hydraulic oil level is okay. Thanks for any ideas to check.

First thing would be to check shift linkages. Then I'd check hyd psi.

Found the belcrank at the bottom of the shift rod to have a worn eyelet. This was letting the shift rod move alot before the cable was moving.
