Does anyone have info on these? How many made?
My dad passed away a few months ago and left his behind. He was super proud of it and used it all the time in his excavating business. I would hate to see this thing end up on a scap pile and I am curious what it would take to get it looking nice again or in a collection somewhere I know it will be taken care of.
I was only able to find one picture that looks like the same model. Serial plate is shot so not much more info.

I am going to say scarce and I cannot give a value. MOLINE did make backhoes and bulldozers. Probably a few other things too but not in big numbers. Some companies took tractors and modified them for special equipment. Since they did not build tractors but did build the special equipment.

I should think there would be some MM collector who would both want it and be able to haul it. in what state is it located now?

It's a Rosco Vibratory Compactor on an MM JS3 tractor. We have the same machine. Ours came from SE MN. Only info I've ever been able to find on them is a piece of literature. They are pretty scarce but unknown exactly how many were made. Too bad your serial number is gone. I'd like to research it in the tractor production records. Is yours gas or diesel? The engine has its own serial number if that tag is still there. 20180929_151910.jpgJS3 Rosco-1.jpg

Hey! That’s Ralph in the picture at Junkshow.

Jake I can get you Ralph’s number. He’s in central Mn around the Cold Spring area.

Looks like it will be going up on online auction in a few weeks. Hate to see it go, but unfortunately I don't get much say. I'll throw up the link when it's available if you know anyone that would be interested.

Thanks everyone
