I believe they are #150 each.

The wrap around weight are about 150lbs each. The slab weights are 100lbs each. If you use slabs without the wrap around you need a starter which is about 25lbs.

How much would you say they’re worth?

If they are really 400 weights they have good value as they are fairly rare and wanted. They could easy sell for $500 or more depending on where you are. If they are the more common 30 series which also bolt on, they are $250 or so.
