I have a John Deere 1010 tractor the driver shaft in the transmission that turns the hydraulic pump will not turn what could be the problem

There is a splined hub in the clutch pressure plate that drives the constant-running hydraulic pump drive.

Very likely, the splines have stripped and the pump drive shaft is not being driven.

I don't recall exactly what clutch inspection cover that machine may have (if any) that would allow you see that area, if it has such a cover, have a look, but for gosh sakes keep your paws out of there if the engine is running.
 
Your can drive the tractor clutch works fine PTO works just the hydraulic pump want turn
There is a separate "live" splined hub on the pressure plate (as I wrote before) that drives the hydraulic pump and PTO.

With this stripped the traction clutch will work normally and the tractor will move and drive.

Go to the link below and you can see the two splined hubs, one in the pressure plate and the other in the lined (foot) clutch disc.
