john deere 1020

having a hard time getting my john deere 1020 started after replacing injection nozzles, so far i have roplaced fuel filter and cranked over engine with filter bowl removed which i was getting fuel to that point .Should the fuel have some pressure or just kind of dribble out ?new to working on diesel motors any help is appreciated

You will need to bleed the whole system including the filter. Then crack the injector pressure lines at the nozzles, turn over the engine and look for fuel at that point. Tighten nozzle lines. You should be
good to go.
