John Deere 1020

I'm new so bear with me. I have a John Deere 1020 gas and I have a question about the brakes. I just recently purchased this tractor and everything works great except the brakes. When I push both pedals, they go all the way down and I have very little braking power. When I push each individually, the left brake works and the right pedal goes all the way down. Any help would be appreciated.

There's a bleeder right on the top of each axle. Open them and bleed them. I'd start with the right side since that
one doesn't work at all.
