John deere 167B grain drill

OK I feel kinda stupid but here goes, How does the tire come off I just purchased the drill and need a tire. I removed lug nuts beat with BFH doesn`t budge so does the spindle nut have to come off looks like the green part between the rim and has to come off or is it that rusted? its on the drive side if it matters. Thanks

Back in the mid 60's when I assembled brand new JD model B drills all the transport wheels bolted on with six 1/2''carriage bolts & lug nuts. Sounds as if center off wheel is rusted to hub.

Thanks I`ll go back today after work try it again.I did spray with PB last night.
