John Deere #2 Fluffer Tines

I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck on finding tines for a John Deere #2 fluffer? I looked through John Deere's on line catalogue but haven't found a single thing.

They were still available a few years ago. Part number E11405E for the individual ones (earlier serial numbers), E15441E for the double ones (later serial numbers). The Deere online parts catalog still shows them (though the table of contents is labeled wrong - they're on pg. 3, which the table of contents incorrectly labels as the 'Operator' s Manual) - see link below.

Have you used yours? If not, you might want to make sure it does what you want before you put too much money into it. They were a little persnickety in their hay requirements. The hay couldn't be too dry nor too thick, and you had to drive pretty fast. Otherwise it would just wrap the hay in a ball around the reel. They work best in conjunction with a 7' sickle mower. Often not so good behind a haybine where you have more hay in a thicker/narrower windrow.

I will take another look. Thanks. I've been using it for the last 5 years and quite happy with the job it does. The key I found when using it is to follow the way the haybine went. It really fluffs up the swaths where as if you go against the direction of cutting, it just leaves a flat swath.
