If the gears and center section are worn there's no "rebuilding'' them, those parts would need to be replaced with new ones, and unless you can find a stash of N.O.S. parts that isn't going to happen. (Unless someone is making reproduction parts, which I am not personally aware of.)
 
If the side clearances are too wide The Sides of the gears , centre housing and end plates can all be trued up . And the side held to minimum . This however still leaves the problem of excessive clearance between gears and between the gears/housing .
 
Whel that really doesn’t help me out I need a machine shop that’ll make new parts or a hydraulic shop that will touch it and make new parts
 
I learned years ago that 2010 parts are unique to the 2010 only, I tried years ago to rebuild my hydraulic pump on mine. had new bushings made for it. The bushing material was not as hardened as original bushings and it didn't last long. My best advice is to part ways with this tractor before you get to deep money-wise in it. I wish I had taken this advice when it was offered to me. There are better tractors to buy, you might pay more up front but in the long run be better off. Mine's sitting out in the weeds, since I gave up on it. Find a 20 series or newer they are much better tractors and parts are easier to get.

If you can't find replacement parts, try reaching out to Keith Rucker at Vintagemachinery.org. He has a youtube channel, and a machine shop and often takes on projects rebuilding parts/pieces that are obsolete. He films the process for his Youtube channel. He might be willing to make new gears for you.
