John Deere 2350 value

What is a 2350 worth that has been sitting for 2 years that needs engine rebuilt. Can a 4219 John Deere engine be used in it.

Was looking at 2350"s on external_link...
26 listings, Highest $20,900 down to a couple that were $8,900. both of them were running, & one was listed as a strong runner; but looked to have been left out a lot, & few equipment options. Original engine is 239 CID JD 4 Cyl. Sorry; Cant really help with the engine.

2WD, 4WD, cab, rops, one scv, 2svc's, tire size/condition, hours, sheet metal condition, area of the country, local market condition?Check the transmission screen/filter and do an oil sample.What happened to the engine? Leaking sleeves due to old anti-freeze or did somebody run it out of oil?
Not much to go on here.
$500-$15,000 depending.

It will work but it's 20 cu inches smaller.

I looked at it today. Supposedly one of the sleeves cracked 2 years ago and they took the head off the engine and it has been off since then and pistons all rusted it has been outside. It has 3200 hours one hydraulic remote in the rear. No cab or rops, 2 wheel drive. All 4 tires are good. I was thinking of getting compressor with a 4219 or 4239 engine and putting it in. Had done that before with JD 410 backhoe.
