John Deere 24T Baler

I have a 24T baler and baled with it last year. It bales fine except when I turn a corner in the field and then one side of bale will not tie. Does anyone know what the problem might be. I also had the shear pin on the fly wheel break but it did not stop from baling and the bales were fine. I did not notice the shear pin was broken until I shut down at the end of the day.

I can't relate anything to the turning-missing thing,, but the flywheel pin can brake or come lose and fall out and the baler will continue but lose it's momentum, that is what the flywheel doe's mainly,it gives balance and momentum, when this happens the clutch will start slipping under load,

Tim,
I agree with what you stated except my experience is most farmers don't check slip clutch at beginning of baling time and the clutch is stuck. therefore it will bale with shear pin sheared because clutch won't slip. This is very hard on drive line.
