John Deere 310c Warning lights

I have an early 90's model 310C backhoe. The cover plate for the warning lights on the instrument panel is missing, therefore, the lights are not labeled.

Can someone please identify the warning lights (from left to right)?, or advise where I can find the lens cover that has the labels on it.

I cannot locate the lens cover part in the parts catalog. If someone can identify the JD part #, I would appreciate it.
