John Deere 314 bagger system

I'm looking at picking up a John Deere 314, but I couldn't find where to pick up a bagger system. I've seen other posts and such about a power flow, but I can't find a place to pick something up.

I can't help you much with the bagger except to check fb marketplace, Craig's and ebay.

As to the "314", if you are looking to buy an older JD LGT to enjoy and USE I'd suggest skipping it, with it's big vibrating/shaking/flopping rubber-mounted one-cylinder engine and instead seek out a tractor with a "twin" such as a 317 with an updated engine or a 318 which gets you power steering. For that matter, there's some 300's and 314's around updated to modern engines.

Haven't ever bagged my grass. Did make my first leaf collector.

Those old tractors from the 80's may not have had bigger systems available.
Get something newer.

YES......I am the happy owner operator of several John Deere 318 tractors and I love them. Built until 1992 they are a great rig. Lots of accessories such as grass catcher.....snowblower.....front blade.....rototiller......front loader.....etc. etc. I would definitely walk away from anything except a later model 318 with the newer Onan engine version. Have fun
