The John deere bookstore shows SM2019 (the service manual for the 420, 430, and 435 tractors) as the manual for the 330 standard and utility.

They call for SM2013 the service manual for the 40 series to go along with it as SM2019 refers one to SM2013 for some info, rather than them including it in SM2019.

This site sells reprints of both. The SM2019 shows up listed in the manuals for 420s as for the 420 crawler and also in the listings for the 430 tractor. The SM2013 shows up in the manuals listed for the 40. Click on Tractor Manuals above to find them.

eBay generally has some of both listed for sale.

The confusing thing is the SM2019 cover/title does not reference the 330 (or 320) tractors. Looking at the description in the picture you posted JD lists it as the manual for the 330, however their description of the SM2019 on the bookstore does not mention the 330. Whoever he was talking to (I hope it wasn't someone at the JD Bookstore) likely did not refer to the JD Bookstore as you and I did to find the available manual. From looking at the YT offerings here for the 320, 330, 420, 430, 435 tractors, they have things missing and/or mixed up as to the models their reprint SM2019 manual applies to.

The other thing is no one tells the SM2013 Manual for the 40 series is recommended to have with the SM2019 as the SM2019 tells you to refer to SM2013 in several areas.

Even the M series cd refers to the 40 TM and they were first. It's the dual TOM that is referenced to the 40. My earlier paper manuals won't have it but the cd used the latest version which I think came after production of the series ended?
