I have a 37a loader on my John Deere 3010.

It has been off for almost 7 months. Just mounted it back on and I don't seem to have any flow to it.

I honestly don't even know where to start, or what to look for.

We need to know how it is plumbed to the tractor such as from the remote couples using the SCVs to operate the loader, from the remote couplers to a dedicated control valve on the loader, direct into the tractor hydraulics with a separate control valve for the loader, etc.

If you have any quick connects in the lines it is important that they fully coupled and are matched to, the correct mating couplers. as the first step.

It is run into the rear couplers, There are no quick connects.

Please clarify your statement "no quick connects"? All JD 3010 with selective control valves had quick connects/couplers. Normal 3010 rear breakaway couplers have a lever that must be moved 90° to turn hyd oil flow on.
There are no quick connects anywhere other than the standard rear couplers.

The factory couplers on a 3010 are QUICK COUPLERS just not aftermarket couplers if the implement becomes unhooked they will breakaway, become uncoupled by the pull on the hoses as far as flow, check to see that the couplings are working correctly
