John Deere 4020 12v starting issue

Have a John Deere 4020 that I converted to 12v recently. Ever since I converted the tractor, it starts great when engine is cold. After using tractor for awhile and motor gets hot it will not start after shutting it off. Acts as if batteries are dead. Brand new batteries and cables during conversion, alternator and starter are a kit from local Deere dealer. Any help on what to check would be great.

Did conversion include a starter relay(1st photo) similar to a kit JD offers. Did conversion include two 12 volt batteries attached in parallel? Does frt hyd pump have a destroking screw(2nd photo) or has steering wheel been turned side to side rapidly while attempting to start engine?

Conversion kit came with stater relay, batteries are two 12v wired in parallel. Hyd pump does not have destroking screw but I have tried moving steering wheel rapidly.
