Tx Jim, you were right. I re-tested the 4020 and when the lever goes to neutral after up/down the pressure remains in the coupler line. I apologize for the mis-interpretation.

BTW, I adjusted the standby pressure of both tractors to 2250.

No apology needed. I may not have been describing correct scv operation clearly.

As I previously stated if I'm understanding your 3020 pressure testing chart correctly I think your 3020 scv's are not adjusted correctly which can contribute to male hyd tips being difficult to insert in breakaway couplers.
