John Deere 430 T

Im replacing the rear tires 11.2-34 on the 430. Trouble is not many tire companies are making that size. I only found one so far and don't really like the tread. My question is did any 430 come with pressed wheel 13.9-28s or was that only for the spin out rim? I want the tractor to end being original when finished. Second question is the wide front on a 430W same as a wide front on a 430T tractor? I would prefer to go back with a wide front and happen to have a parts 430w.

My 430W has the 13.9-28's on pressed steel rims. The problem with the 28's is that they take a less common (more expensive) wheel weight. Found that out the hard way... I guess I really don't [i:2fdd54b71e]need[/i:2fdd54b71e] wheel weights...

the wide front ends are completely different.
a wide front end for a tricycle 430 is the same as a T 40 and 420
they are between 500 and 1000 depending on condition.
28 inch rear tires were an option for the 430 and will bolt right on
they are definately cheaper than the expensive 34 inch.
you also have to watch the width of the new 34 inch tires im not sure they
make the narrow original tires to fit the factory rims for a proper look
you may be able to find something off a 420 that is being wrecked also
good luck and have fun.

The 28" rears will make the short a$$ed 430 obviously low in the back and high in the front. This wastes fuel as now the tractor has to always drive up hill.
A Dubuque needs 15" on the front and the tallest factory rear tires to look half decent.
