John Deere 435 value

I have a tractor that I would like to sell, but I"m unsure what to ask for it. It has a five speed with I believe a live pto, although the pto does not work. It has a swept back front axle, no power steering, one set of remotes, 3 point hitch, good rear tires, and heavy duty rear fenders. It runs good but it does have some trans noise in reverse and 4th gear. The sheet metal is pretty good except the right grill screen, the piece behind the right grill screen and chin. It"s missing the drawbar and also needs a seat. I do not find any cracks or welds anywhere. Any idea what it would bring? Thanks for all your replies!

Don't know quite what to tell you, but I bought one at auction last summer and paid $7500. Tin was pretty good , engine ran, but not too good. The tires and rims were shot. I probably paid too much, but oh wellll! I saw one advertized lately a lot cheaper than what I'll have in this one. As for the value of yours? I'd ask between 6000 and 8000.

Why don"t you watch the one on ebay go. I won"t comment on things but compare them.

Right now it is at 2575 with a couple of days to go.

3000-4000 at most. You can spend another 4000+ pretty quick even though it is a reasonably complete and running tractor.
Swept back axle, float ride seat, 5 speed, live pto, scv's and HD three rib axles and an intact nose piece are all good finds.
Is there a serial # plate on there ?

It is serial # 437689. I forgot to mention that the steering is pretty loose, but it starts easy and runs good. I'm open to offers if anyone is interested.
