John Deere 4430 shifting problem

John Deere 4430 synchro, the range moves when lever is not connected, but when connected it will not budge, it also shifts through all gears but I got to move it with a screwdriver(as you can see in the video) almost hay season in Michigan so please help

Take the cover off of the side console and see what's going on with the shift mechanism there.

I agree with wore out. Check operation of latch(item 6) & it's relation ship to slot s in shifter drums(green colored areas). Maybe shifter drums needs slack removed between them utilizing shims?? How many hrs of use does this tractor have? Also cab mounts if applicable could be worn out.

Is it parked on a slope steep enough that it is difficult to get out of Park?
