I have a 1953 50 crank case full of gas emptied the tank trained the oil got new anyone know where the oil fill is ? How to turn the gas off with the oil pressure system ?

Your diaphragm in the oil pressure fuel shut off is bad. You can get new ones that ethanol won't affect from George Persinger at www.greenpartsofva.com Should be a round threaded cap on top of the crankcase near the clutch pulley.

Ok thanks, also my clutch is stuck was thinking starting it in gear might pop it loose or I might need a rebuild kit ?

Take the clutch cover off and loosen the 3 castellated nuts a little and see if your clutch will operate then

I did that, it s stuck pretty good

I would not try to start it in gear in case if it should start and the clutch remains stuck, things could get nasty in a hurry.

I would pull it apart to inspect what is wrong. It could be a number of things. My 44 A was sticking and I found that a facing had come free from the disc and was wedging itself between the clutch discs.
