John Deere 5020

Looking at buying a John Deere 5020 that is said to be locked up. I
looked it over the muffler has a can on it an the oil is black. How
much am I looking at getting it going again?

Somewhere between a buck if it's simply needs a little diesel fuel in each cylinder to help loosen up mildly stuck pistons to $10,000+++ if a main bearing or three have "spun".
