John Deere 60 value

Nice tractor, Ray, but I wonder if the steering wheel is the proper one. Also no rollomatic??? Not critisizing, just wondering.

Your right about the steering wheel, but it does have the rollamatitic front end.

it looks good, its got a emblem and steering wheel off a late 620 or a 630. looks like someone was pulling it maybe thats why there is no rollamatic to lighten it up?

If that steering wheel just has covered spokes and no place for a center cap then it was likely one that JD sold as a replacement several years ago. I got one for my A like that in the 1980's ?
I have since replaced it with an aftermarket reproduction one with the metal spokes.

I believe the front emblem is what Mother Deere is using as a replacement for the original which they no longer make.Don't ask me how I know.

Sharp looking sheet metal, that is hard to find. And if they went through it and rebuilt it properly, you have a good deal and a great tractor that should last longer than most of us on this board.

Thats a good price for a already painted and mechaincally restored tractor, you will fix the little things in time im sure, so you did good on it, are they window wheels or the late style wheels on the back, noticed its an earlier one from no power steering and litle early stuff like that
