John Deere 730 LP

I was raking hay with my jd 730 lp It died in the field and will not start, its is just like you disconnect the battery. I am not very electrical minded. Is there a fuse that could be blown. The battery is full charged.

Yes there's a fuse in the dash. Also check all 4 battery cable connections.

CORRECTION
I thought there was a fuse but didn't locate one in wiring schematic.

There is only one 12 volt battery in the lp. I took the dash out "top and bottom" but could not find a fuse. What does it look like and were is it located?

your out of fuil, dont trust gauge, take a blut object and push in the middle of were you fill it up you need to kinda tap it hard do this a couple time if the center pops back out after a couple pops your not out of fuil if the center stays in your out on fuil dont even think your gauge works 99 percent dont work but read they have fuil.next thing take fuil line off at regulator turn fuil on to see if you have fuil there when turnning key on. and at last make sure you here a click when key is turned on, no click no fuil.Last resort sell it to me.

Turn the key on and off and you should hear a click when you do this, if not then the fuse is blown. If you hear the click check to see if a wire fell off a terminal some where. Does the starter spin the fly wheel? If not check battery terminals.

My 720 LP Standard has a fuse on the right side of the dash between the oil pressure gauge and the cigarette light.

The 720 LP that I am parting out has a fuse holder in the dash. This holder is actually mounted to the dash. This is the first 2 cylinder tractor fuse I have seen.

Ive got a 620 with fuse on the dash not uncommon at all most were taken off by owners,I thing alot of them had fuses more had them than not.
