John Deere B cultivator

Are the cultivators for the model B the same mounting brackets for the stamped frame and the cast iron type frame? I am looking for a cultivator for the cast iron frame if anybody has one close to east texas

I think front mounted cultivator for both style tractor frames will be the same. Model 200 is a 2 row.

I think there still is one in front of Robinson’s store on oh 534 . I’ll take some photos of it . Only complete cultivators I have ever seen ona jd B. Not sure when I can take them ,but I will .

No they are different. Frame is different length. I had the cultivator for the pressed frame and had a 49 B that I used it on and worked good. Tried putting it on my 46 B with cast frame and the holes to mount were set farther forward in the cast frame. I did get it on but the quick tatch set about 4 inches too far forward. You take the quick tatch off and just bolt to frame and that is all the same. It is the difference in the side rails for the quick tatch.

Upon closer inspection of model 200 parts catalog I will agree as 2 different part #s for Quik-Tatch sides frames were offered for model B
