I'm putting gas pistons in my 1945 John Deere B. Just took the old pistons out and my b has insert rod bearings

on the pulley side.
On the fly wheel side it has

and

54
bearings.
Also on the flywheel side the connecting rod has shims, castle nuts and cotter pins. On the pulley side no shims, and lock type nuts with no cotter pins. It has been this way for the 40 years that I have had the tractor.
I didn't think that shims were ever used with insert bearings and the different rods confuse me.
Where can I get new bearings as these are worn and will I have any problems with the different rods?
Thank You for any help or info you can provide..
