John Deere B

Recently overhauled the engine of a John Deere B. All I did was split the tractor remove the rods from the crank shaft and removed the engine for overhaul. Never removed the crank, cam, or oil pump. I did replace the oil pressure, amp, and temp gauges. Before overhaul the oil pressure gauge read M-H all the time. Now the oil pressure gauge reads just above L. Could it be a bad gauge or is there another issue. Thanks.

This comes up all the time the only gauges that will read correctly have to come frome john deere no one elsa makes one that read correctly they will read lower.Cost close to $100.

John Deere gages are OK but I like Jerry Tricka's gages. His gages read oil pressure correctly and they are like originals.

Rick you must not have ever used Jerry Tricka Gauges they work right. i use them on all the tractors that i do. All the $25.00 ones that are out there are junk
