John deere D clutch

Greetings,I saw a D at a friends I might buy it just out of curiousty I put the clutch in and it would not come out.Im a little green at this but Iam mechanicaly handy anything to be alarmed about gentlemen? happy holidays ho ho ho!

Some times it takes a pretty good pull to pop them back. Or if it has sat a long time it might be rusty and sticking. They work on and over center type of thing is why it can take a good pull to get them pulled back
