I bought a JD killefer with ML-03, can somebody tell me what series and year model and where I can get the owners manual for it?

I never dealt with any Killefer stuff, and I don't know what you mean by "ML-03", but you can search the word 'Killefer' here. ID photos should help you identify the Deere name and then you should be able to find an on-line manual.
