John Deere M Tie Rod

Could anyone tell me if the tie rod tube is hollow all the way through on the M? I am trying to widen out my little M 2 inches on each side and having a hard time getting them freed up. Thanks for the help....

Sure is. If there stuck that bad you need to remove them to get them freed up. Roll & hammer them carefully with a brass hammer & your favorite penetrant. If that doesn't free them up it will take heating the tube with a torch to break it loose. Good luck!

Thanks... it is on there pretty good... I heated it already just wanted to make sure it was hollow before I pressed it out...
