John deere model 52

Hi I have a model 52 plow it lifts 3/4 of the way up and doesn't go any further. It starts jumping. It has an enclosed clutch and the parts don't seem to be worn. It has both new springs in it. When it's sitting on blocks it cycles just fine.
Anyone have problems like this?
