John Deere Patio. tractor

I found this 1969 John Deere 112.
It has white paint in the motor and some white paint under the green on the foot treads.
is there a way to tell if this was a Patio tractor painted green?
Type code is 0653 or 0658 - hard to tell.
Serial number is 157868M.

I have an orange patio I bought from the original owner and was looking for another when I ran across this one.

It could be a patio. Pity they didn't give them special numbers or something. Without the original seat it probably isn't worth much more than any other. That one has desirable options, so there's that. Looks like it could be a good tractor for someone.

Tractordata says the tractors for 1970 started at 160001
Yours has a high serial number for 1969 model year.
Does yours have a type code with the M on the end?
