John Deere Steering Wheel Identification (PIC)

Picked up this old John Deere Steering wheel at an auction the other day and was wondering what Year Two-Cylinder tractor it came off of. Does anyone know?

Cant really tell but looks like a '39 H

To me it looks like Bird Poop..

Looks like an early "B" ('39-40) but it is hard to tell the diameter from the picture.

I agree it is hard to tell but it does look like the F&H made for '39H and was also on '40H but don't know if on all '40s or just early ones.
