John Deere throttling down

John Deere 6415 2004 model with 1100 hours. when in use with the throttle set, it will drop rpm"s to idle then back up in seconds. It does this after 45 to 60 minutes of use
 
My 6200 did that last fall. It was the fuel pump in the tank. The screen was clogged. I cleaned the screen and the tank bottom and it has not been a problem since. SID
