Model B tractors camshaft share same part # B217R up through serial # 200,999 but parts catalog does not show later model cam part # subs to earlier serial # B. My guess is lift on cam lobes is different but cams might interchange due to lifters & cam drive gear sharing same part #s but both LH & RH brg caps have different psrt #s beginning after serial # 200,999.

I once installed a cam from a unstyled Model A into a late A. It ran fine. I would think you could do the same. Berry Cam Service will regrind your cam.

Why replace one worn cam with another worn cam. then add mis-matched cam followers.
The B/50/520/530 cam lift, duration and timing was a rough guess in the 1930's . In order to burn kerosene with low compression. Any and all two cylinders will operate better with a updated cam grind.
