Jubilee Brakes squeaking

Just replaced my brakes and getting a rythmic squeek from the brakes. Definately metal on metal, my guess is the springs rubbing against the side of the drums. What did I do wrong in putting them back together? Had to do the seals on the axle too. Could the shims being in incorrectly have anything to do with it (I doubt it). thanks.

The shims should not have aything to do with the squeaking. The best I can tell you is to pull the wheel and drum and see what's going on. Refer to your manual and make sure all parts are installed properly.
