Jubilee Carb. .....????

Bushing hogging with the jubilee today and it was running a little rough. Timing and all has been verified as correct. Adjustment on the carb. didn't have any affect on the rough running, but I could pull out on the choke just a little and it would then run smooth. As said the air adjustment on the carb. did not have any affect good or bad. Is this a carb. problem? I rebuilt it a few months ago. Gas is very clean with good flow.
Thanks,
Keith

Check your points setting, and clean your carb.

Blow out all passages in your carb, with an air compressor, and a rubber tipped blow gun.

Keith......aint'chur carb and 'nebber' was....ittz'chur SPARKIES!!!

When you pull yer choke, you enrich yer mixture. Rich mixtures burn eazier than lean mixtures which is yer ruff-running problem complaint.

My guess based upon years of answering the same question and complaints, its yer weaksister ignition switch. $15 (cheap) .......Dell, yer self-appointed sparkie-meister

Dell that makes sense now that you mention it the tractor would not switch off yesterday also. Pulled the battery cable off. But had no idea that would have caused the rough running. Just replaced the switch (new) so is there a heavy switch that you can buy besides the after market stuff?
Thanks,
Keith
