Jubilee front wheel wobble Update

Update to my Jub. wobbling. Put toe of right boot against tie rod when the wheel started to wobble,as Soundguy suggested, it immediately stopped. Drag link, steering backlash or something else? Great troubleshooting Soundguy!
Where do we go from here?

Stand beside the tractor and slowly rock the steering wheel and watch for 1. How far the wheel is turned until the arm from the steering box moves at all. 2. Play at the connection (tie rod end) on both ends of the drag link. 3. Look for any play at the arm where it clamps around the spindle shaft.

Now repeat on the other side.

If there is a difference on steering arm engagement adjust steering box.

If and of the tie rod ends on the rag link are loose replace as needed

If anything on the spindle shaft is loose tighten or replace as needed.

also, when you turn wheel, look to see if there is any rise or fall of the steering wheel into and out of the steering column.. if so, probably at least upper thrust bearings are worn.. if they are worn, you will have odd draglink backlash, and won't be able to adjust it out with the sector studs properly untill you repalce the thrust bearing.. and in fact.. can make the steering too stiff by trying to do so
