Jubilee Hydraulic gasket replacement

I am trying to learn how to navigate this site but I cannot find the torque specs for the many short and long bolts to the hydraulic cylinder and top plate. i am replacing the blown gasket between the cylinder and top plate.
Please help me , thanks.

I just had to replace mine due to a cotter pin breaking on the control valve[9n]. I found a number in paragraph 158,page 95. I used
the I&T manual,the number was 53-60 ft lbs.
