JUBILEE RUNNING ROUGH

I have a jubilee it starts easy and idles good but if you rev it up it cuts out and if under load also cuts out when cold /if you let clutch out it dies sometimes not in gear is this normal for a cold motor.like if in 3rd gear just driving and you hit the brakes it wants to cut out.

There is a thumb screw on the top front side of the carburetor. Try turning it counterclockwise 1/4 turn at a time to see if it helps. This lets more gas enter the intake. hth WaltMo
